    乐昌含笑、 深山含笑扦插繁殖试验3

    摘要:进行全光照喷雾扦插繁殖试验结果表明 ,乐昌含笑、 深山含笑扦插后生根较迟 ,一般60 d左右才能生根 ,扦插

    生根能力低于马褂木、 乳源木莲等其他木兰科树种。采用夏季或秋季嫩枝扦插 ,乐昌含笑和深山含笑 2年生母树

    枝条扦插最好 ,处理成活率可分别达 8412%和 6818%;母树年龄是影响乐昌含笑、 深山含笑扦插成活的关键因子 ,乐昌含笑 7年生以上母树扦插很难生根 ,深山含笑 7年生和 17年生母树扦插成活率仅为 1812% ～2713%。用

    ABT 2号生根剂处理 ,对缩短扦插生根时间具明显作用。

    Abstract: Testswere reported of the r ooting performance of cuttage fr om M ichelia chapensis and M ichelia m audiae branch

    with aut o2interval s p ray in full light, collected fr om parent p lants in Nanjing and Wuxi, China . The r ooting survival of the

    cuttage from 22 year2 old treeswas 8412% inM ichelia chapensis and 6818% in M ichelia m audiae, that from 72 and 172 year2

    old treeswas only 1812% and 2713% inM ichelia m audiae and nought inM ichelia chapensi . Moreover, The rooting rates in

    summer and fallwere more than in s p ring . And 100 gkgABT 2 and 200 gkgNAA treat ments did not enhance the r ooting

    fr om 22 year2 old cuttage . The rooting was earlier in ABT 2 treat ment (48～50 d) than contr ol (63～90 d) .

    木兰科含笑属植物有 50种以上 ,是我国南方热

    带、 亚热带山地常绿阔叶林重要的经济用材和观赏

    树种。乐昌含笑 (M ichelia chapensis)和深山含笑

    (M ichelia m audiae)生长快 ,树干通直 ,材质优良 ,枝

    繁叶茂 ,花香四溢 ,用材和观赏价值较高[ 1 ]。引种

    实践表明 ,其幼树可耐 - 13 ℃左右的低温,在苏南

    地区城乡绿化中具较大的推广应用潜力[ 2, 3 ]。但由

    于乐昌含笑、 深山含笑等自然分布种群较小 ,森林资

    源遭受破坏和生境碎化严重 ,自身繁殖能力较低等

    原因 ,其种子来源稀少 ,生产供不应求[ 4 ]。植物无

    性繁殖是保护和经营利用树种资源的重要途径之

    一 ,而目前对含笑属树种扦插繁殖研究报道尚不多

    见[ 5, 6 ]。为此 ,作者结合乐昌含笑、 深山含笑等木兰

    科植物的引种栽培 ,采用全光照喷雾扦插设施对这

    2个树种的扦插繁殖技术进行了探索 ,现将有关试

    验结果报道如下。

    1 材料与方法

    1 . 1 试验材料

    采穗母株为引种栽植于无锡引繁中心苗圃和南

    京 (江苏省林业科学研究院 )的乐昌含笑、 深山含笑

    实生幼树 ,为 2～17年生 ,种源来自湖南、 江西和浙

    江等地。
