    冷冻干燥与自然干燥枸杞子药理作用研究

    【摘要】 目的 研究不同干燥处理的枸杞子药理作用。方法 通过口服给药观察冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞子

    对小鼠抗疲劳作用、白细胞数及腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用。结果 小鼠口服 65g kg冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞

    子水煎剂 ,均能明显延长游泳时间 ,与对照组相比具有显著性差异( P < 0. 01) ,冷冻干燥组游泳时间明显长于自然

    干燥组( P < 0. 01) 。小鼠口服 10g kg 冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞子 ,与对照组相比 ,均能使白细胞总数明显升高

    ( P < 0. 01) ,但不同干燥的枸杞子组之间白细胞数无显著性差异。口服 50g kg 冷冻干燥和自然干燥枸杞子均可

    明显提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率 ,但两种干燥组之间无显著怀差异( P > 0. 05) 。结论 冷冻干燥的枸杞子抗疲劳作

    用强于自然干燥枸杞子。
