    摘 要 本文研究了利用浓硫酸刺激漆树种子发芽的方法， 取得如下结论：l 、没有经硫酸

    处 理过 的种子尽管进行了层积处理也不发芽 ；2 、经过 l小时硫酸处理过 的种子发

    育率约 8 6 %，而 0 . 5小时的硫酸处理种子发芽率则为 5 9 %；3 、硫酸处理时 间在 4 , 5

    小时以内是安全的， 3小时的硫酸处理种子 4周的层积显示出 l 0日内9 0 %的最高发

    芽 力；4 、经 2 4小时硫酸处理 的种子适合层积时间为 4周 ，为期 5 周 的层积 l 8 嚷 广 _

    2 8 %的种子在层积过程 中就发芽 了；5 、经硫酸处理 0 . 5 —7小时 .叉经水浸 3 0小时

    或更长的种子，其发芽率不足 2 %。若种子不经层积处理 ，漆籽显示有两种休眠状

    况 ：机 械和生理休眠。

    生漆是漆树汁液 ，从史前到现在一直

    作为涂料和中药材为人们所利用。并且对

    广大的农 民来说也是一种重要 的经济来

    源。漆树 的繁殖方法有两种 ，第一是无性

    繁殖即用苗根育苗或切接法：第二是有性
