    鹿茸对枯草杆菌的促菌作用

    [摘要] ①目的 探讨鹿茸对枯草杆菌的促菌作用。②方法 采用微量量热法, 用热活性检测仪对枯草杆菌

    在鹿茸影响下的热谱图进行测定。按指数生长模型计算出生长速率常数和总发热量, 进而求出最佳用药质量浓度。

    ③结果 鹿茸对枯草杆菌促菌作用的最佳药物质量浓度为2. 285×10- 3

    药物抑菌的热化学研究是当今热化学研究的一

    个活跃领域。以前我们已报道了合成药物对细菌的

    抑制作用[ 1 ]

    , 在此基础上, 又对营养药物促菌过程进

    行了研究[ 2 ]。本文用微量量热仪测定了鹿茸对枯草

    杆菌代谢过程的热谱曲线, 并按指数生长模型计算

    出生长速率常数和发热量, 以获得生长速率常数为

    最大时的用药浓度。此项研究为筛选营养药物及确

    定营养药物用量提供了一种可靠的定量方法 ......
