    泰山丹参生物学特性及其人工繁育技术探讨

    摘 要 泰山丹参( Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)天然野生在泰山中天门以上。为解决野生丹参货源少 ,价格偏高 ,而目

    前市场对其需求量逐年增大的实际矛盾 ,大力开发和充分利用这一珍贵植物资源 ,笔者针对泰山丹参的生物学特

    点进行了人工繁育技术探讨 ,并对如何提高产量和质量做了细致分析。

    Studies on Taishan Danshen Biological Features and

    the Techniques of Artif icial Breeding

    Abstract Taishan Danshen ( Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge) grows above the halfway up the Mount Tai . The

    amount of natural Danshen is small , while the price is high because of the increasing market need. In order to

    make full use of this kind of rare plant resource , the authors studied the artificial breeding techniques in accor 2

    dance with the biological features , and the ways on how to improve the quality and production were also dis 2

    cussed here in detail .

    1 生物学特性

    泰山丹参( Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)为唇形科鼠

    尾草属多年生草本植物。株高35～50 cm ,全株密被

    黄白色柔毛及腺毛 ,手触有粘性。根细长圆柱形 ,外

    皮赤红色。茎直立 ,四棱形 ,表面有浅槽。单数羽状

    复叶 ,对生 ,有柄;小叶卵圆形或椭圆状卵形 ,边缘具

    锯齿 ,上面深绿色 ,疏被白柔毛 ,下面灰绿色以 ,密被

    白色长柔毛。总状花序 ,顶生或腋生 ,小花轮生;花

    萼花冠皆为二唇形 ,花冠蓝紫色 ,管内有毛环 ,上唇

    略呈镰刀状 ,下唇较上唇短圆;发育雄蕊 2 ,花柱线

    状;花期5～7月 ,果期 9～10 月。小坚果 4 ,椭圆形

    黑色。在泰山上通常生于向阳山坡草丛、沟边、林

    缘。
