2450MHz复介电常数测量系统的研究

    摘 要:目的 研究2450MHz频率下复介电常数测量系统的可靠性. 方法 分别测量低损耗介质和高损耗介质的复介电常数,对比测量值和标称值的差异,检验测量结果的可靠性和可重复性. 结果 对低损耗和高损耗介质的测量精度都较高,测量误差较小. 结论 此测量系统能较准确地测量2450MHz频率下介质的复介电常数.
