    摘 要:目的 讨论内皮素(ET)和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)增生膜中的表达. 方法 手术切取14例PVR患者的增生膜，以ET-1抗体和α-SMA抗体用免疫组织化学方法检测ET-1和α-SMA在增生膜的分布. 结果 ET-1分布于增生膜中的部分细胞质和核中，以及细胞外基质中，并在膜表面染色加深，膜边缘的细胞核呈深染的梭形和长条形.而α-SMA表达在膜的中央和边缘部，主要表达在细胞中，阳性细胞与膜的方向平行. 结论 ET和α-SMA在增生膜细胞中表达，增生膜细胞可能合成并分泌内皮素至细胞外基质中，作用于α-SMA表达的细胞使其收缩.
