    摘 要:目的 探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的治疗. 方法 1985-01/2000-12我院收治急性下肢深静脉血栓形成148(男52，女96)例，年龄26～78(平均45)岁，对左下肢129例，右下肢14例，手术治疗23例，保守治疗125例，进行回顾性分析讨论. 结果 治愈55例(37%)，基本治愈82例(55.4%)，好转10例(6.7%)，无效1例(0.7%). 结论 发病时间≤48h者手术取栓效果满意，尿激酶是安全有效的非手术治疗药物.
