肝癌生长、转移中的微血管生成机制

    摘 要:目的 研究微血管生成在肝癌、肝硬化、正常肝间的差异及其与肝癌生长、转移、病理特点的关系. 方法 用Ⅷ因子抗体和APA试剂盒对45例肝癌、21例肝硬化和8例正常肝的标本行免疫组织化学染色,然后在200(×)显微镜下计数每一视野下的微血管数目. 结果 肝癌、肝硬化、正常肝组织的微血管数目分别是67.4±23.8,14.4±5.8和3.5±2.0,经统计学分析,三者相差显著(P<0.01),微血管数与肝癌的转移、包膜形成相关,而与肝癌的大小、分级无关. 结论 微血管生成在肝癌的转移、包膜形成中具有重要的作用.

    Investigation of the mechanism of angiogenesis in growth and metastasis of HCC

    Abstract:AIM To investigate the difference and the mecha-nism of angiogenesis among hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),cirrhosis and normal liver.METHODS With antibody ofⅧfactor and APA kit,paraffin-embedded slides of45HCC,21cirrhosis and8normal liver were stainned,after which,mi-crovessel counting was performed.RESULTS The mi-crovessel density(MVD)of HCC,cirrhosis and normal liver was67.4±23.8,14.4±5.8and3.5±2.0respectively.The difference was significant statistically.The MVD was corre-lated with the metastasis and capsule formation of HCC.CONCLUSION Angiogenesis may play an important role in the metastasis and capsule formation of HCC. ......
