华北地区成人正常膝关节内侧半月板后倾角的测量及临床意义

    摘要：[目的]测量华北地区成人正常膝关节内侧半月板后倾角数据，为改进及设计适合中国人的膝关节假体和在全膝关节置换术中行合理的胫骨截骨，提供参考数据和理论依据。[方法]62例(115膝，男∶女=35∶27)，膝关节半月板、胫骨无疾病和畸形的成年华北地区中国人，年龄20～74岁，平均456岁。按不同年龄段分成3组，A组：18～39岁，B组：40~59岁，C组：>60岁。用MR机获得经内侧平台中点的矢状位像，并按照Jenny测量方法在计算机上测量膝关节内侧半月板后倾角。[结果]男63膝，左侧33膝，右侧30膝；膝关节内侧半月板后倾角，左侧(27±18)°，右侧(29±17)°，平均(29±18)°。女52膝，左侧27膝，右侧25膝；膝关节内侧半月板后倾角，左侧(35±17)°，右侧(28±16)°，平均(32±17)°。膝关节内侧半月板后倾角：A组平均(36±16)°，B组平均(27±18)°，C组平均(28±17)°。经统计学分析证实膝关节内侧半月板后倾角在不同性别、侧别及年龄比较，差异无显著性意义。[结论]华北地区成人正常膝关节内侧半月板后倾角平均(30±17)°，范围是0°～62°，大于西方人。

    Measurement and clinical significance of posterior slope angle of proximal tibial medial meniscus in normal Chinese∥

    Abstract：[Objective]To measure the posterior sloope angle of proximal tibial medial meniscus(PSAPTMM) in Chinese adult,provide parameters for improving the design of knee prosthesis more suitable for Chinese and for resecting tibial plateau in total knee arthroplasty[Method]Sixtythree male knees and 52 female knees of Chinese,without tibial deformity,genu varum and valgum,abnormal change of articular surface,and tibial trauma,with average age of 456 years(ranged,20~74 years),were divided into 3 groups according to persons age: group A,18~39 years;group B,40~50 years;group C,more than 60 yearsThe sagital tomography of medial meniscus of MRI were taken,stored,and measured using JENNY wayThe data were analyzed statistically[Result]By two factors analysis,the sex and age had no significant influence on PSAPTMM,and the angle was not different between the left and right kneeIn male adult,the average degree of left PSAPTMM was(27±18)°,of the right(29±17)° with an average degree of both sides of(29±18)°In female adult,the average degree of left PSAPTMM was(35±17)°,of the right(28±16)°,with the average degree of both sides(32±17)°The average degree of group A were(36±16)°,group B(27±18)°,group C(28±17)°There showed no significant difference of PSAPTMM between sex,side,and age[Conclusion]The average degree of PSAPTMM in northern Chinese adult is(30±17)°,ranges from(0~62)°,and is larger than that of the westerns ......
