    摘 要：目的：对于胸液细胞学诊断价值进行探讨。方法：对320例胸腔积液进行常规涂片细胞学检查与病理组织学确诊情况相比较。结果：恶性胸水细胞学阳性检出率高达49.46%。结论：胸水中找到肿瘤细胞乃是确诊恶性胸水的一种迅速可靠、经济、安全的方法。

    Analysis Diagnosis of Cytomorphology in Thoracic Liquid of 320 Cases

    Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the diagnosis of cytomorphology in thoracic liquid.Method: To make a comparison in diagnosis between the cytomorphology and pathematdogy in thoracic liquid of 320 cases.Result: A check-up-rate of cytodiagnosis in thoracic liquid was 49.46%.Conclusion :There is a quick and effective method diagnosis from thoracic liquid in tumor cell.
