    摘 要：目的：通过对脑血管病病人临床护理和早期偏瘫肢体康复训练，提高病人生活质量。方法：脑血管发病生命体征稳定后，早期进行肢体康复训练，促进患肢功能恢复，进行心理护理，增强其战胜疾病的信心。结果：康复组瘫痪肢体肌力恢复优于对照组，说明早期康复护理，可以加快神经功能和肢体功能的恢复，有效地降低致残率。结论：早期康复护理的介入，有效地降低了肢体致残率，提高了患者的生活质量。

    The Early Health Nurses for Cerebrovascular Patients with Hemiparalysis

    Abstract:Objective: Through clinical nurses to the cerebrovascular disease patient with the early hemiparalysis body is restored to health the training, improves the patient quality of life. Method: After the cerebrovascular disease patient's life symptom is stable,the early body is restored to health the training, the promotion trouble extremity function restores, carries on the psychology to nurse, strengthens it to defeat disease the confidence. Finally restores the aspect in the paralysis body myo-strength, the experimental group surpasses comparison group. It indicated the early time is restored to health nurses, may speed up the nerve function and the body function restoration, effectively reduces crippling rate. Conclusion: Health nurses is restored to the early involvement, effectively reduced body crippling rate, improved patient's quality of life. ......
