    摘 要：目的：总结输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床经验。方法：回顾分析1503例输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石资料。结果：治疗成功率96.7%，主要并发症为入镜失败11例、输尿管穿孔8例。结论：输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石创伤小、并发症少、成功率高。

    Transureteroscopic Pneumatic Lithotripsy in the Treatment of Ureteral Calculi

    Abstract：Objecitve: To evaluate transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Method: Clinical data of 1503 cases of ureteral calculi with ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy was reviewed. Result:The stone fragmentation rate was 96.7%.The main complications were failure to insert the ureteroscope in 11 cases and ureteral perforation in 8. Conclusion:Treatment of ureteral calculi by transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy has been safe,effective and less invasive. ......
