    摘 要：目的：观察药物诱导睡眠下阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合症(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS)患者纤维鼻咽喉镜检查的表现。探讨药物诱导睡眠下纤维鼻咽喉镜检查方法。方法：对我院33例患者行药物诱导睡眠下的纤维鼻咽喉镜检查，记录和分析检查所见。结果：33例患者中，鼻咽部阻塞22例，均伴口咽部阻塞，同时伴喉咽阻塞者9例；3例系单纯口咽阻塞，伴扁桃体肥大，8例为喉咽阻塞，悬雍垂咽成形术后3例中，2例为喉咽阻塞，1例仍为鼻咽阻塞。多个部位狭窄者睡眠呼吸暂停更为严重。结论：药物诱导睡眠下的纤维鼻咽喉镜检查可清楚显示鼻咽、软腭和舌根在鼾声和中的动态变化，能够更直观、清晰地从形态学上分析OSAHS的产生原因和病理机制。

    Examinations of Nasendoscopy for OSAHS under/during Drug-induced Sleep

    Abstract： Objective： To observe the nasendoscopy for OSAHS during drug-induced sleep and explore the method of nasendoscopy under drug-induced sleep. Method： Nasendoscopy for OSAHS during drug-induced sleep were performed on 35 cases of OSAHS. Result： Of 35 cases ,for 17 the narrowing regions located in velopharynx companying with the oropharynx narrowings, and 8 of 17 with hypopharyngeal narrowings more; 2 cases in oropharynx only,; 5 in hypopharynx ; 2 of 3 cases after uvuloplatopharyngoplasty got hypopharyngeal narrowings, and the other one still had velopharyngeal narrowings. Conclusion： The movement of velopharynx, soft palate and tongue base of the patients who have snorings and OSAHS can be seen by nasendoscopy during drug-induced sleep. ......
