系统性红斑狼疮的心血管系统表现216例临床分析

    摘要：目的：了解系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)心血管系统损害的临床特点，减少以心脏损害为主要表现的系统性红斑狼疮误诊发生率。方法：回顾性分析我院自1993年至2005年收治的385例SLE患者的临床资料，总结SLE的心脏损害的临床特点。结果：SLE心血管系统的症状、体征、实验室异常216例(56.1%)。结论：SLE心血管系统累及发病率高，是SLE主要致死原因之一，临床上应重视。
