摘要：目的：优选川牛膝的盐炙工艺。方法：采用正交设计L9(34)，以水溶性成分及杯苋甾酮的含量为考察指标。结果：最佳盐炙工艺为饮片加2%饮片量盐的盐水润透，150℃炒制15 min。结论：优选得到的工艺是合理的。关键词：川牛膝；炮制；正交实验
Optimization of Processing Technology of Cyathula officinalis by Orthogonal Experimental Design

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the technology of processing Radix Cyathulae. Methods:Use orthogonal design L9(34) to screen out the best extraction condition with the percentages of water-soluble components and cyasterone as the content index.Results:The optimal procedure was set as follows: Radix Cyathulae added with 2% salt and mixed homogeneously, at 150℃ for 15 min.Conclusion:The technology is reasonable.
