     摘要：目的：考察甘肃金银花的品质。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，测定绿原酸含量；以试管稀释法，考察其体外抑菌作用。结果：通过实验比较，甘肃金银花与流通的正品金银花中的绿原酸含量基本一致，其叶中绿原酸的含量也较高；甘肃金银花有显著的的体外抑菌作用。结论：甘肃金银花绿原酸含量较高，抑菌作用强，有良好开发前景。

    Research on the Content of Chlorogenic Acid and Antimicrobial Effect of Flos Lonicerae harmsis

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate on the quality of Flos Lonicerae harmsis.Methods:To determine the content of chlorogenic acid by HPLC and observere the antimicrobial effect of Flos Lonicerae harmsis by the method of tube-dilute.Results:The contents of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae harmsis and Flos Lonicerae are similar; Flos Lonicerae harmsis has remarkable antimicrobial effect and is stranger than the Flos Lonicerae's.Conclusion:The content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae harmsis is higher and it has remarkable antimicrobial effect.It has a good prospect for making use of local resources. ......
