正交实验法优选复方消经痛胶囊中黄芪的提取工艺研究

     摘要：目的：优选复方消经痛胶囊中黄芪的提取工艺。方法：采用正交实验法，以提取物浸膏得率和黄芪甲苷含量为指标进行实验。结果：优选出醇提黄芪的最佳工艺为：加8倍量80%乙醇，回流提取2 h，共提取3次。结论：该方法简便易行，稳定性好，适于工业化生产中应用。

    Optimal Extraction Technology of Astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.)Bge. in Xiao Jingtong Capsule by Orthogonal Design Method

    Abstract:Objective:To optimize the alcohol-extraction process for astragalus membranaceus (Fisch.) Bge.in Xiao Jingtong capsule.Methods:The extraction process was studied by orthogonal design with the contents of astragaloside A and dried alcohol decocting rates.Results:The optimum alcohol-extracting condition was A3B1C3D3,that is adding 8 times amount of 70%alcohol for three times and each for two hours.Conclusion:This method is simple, stable, and suitable for industrial produce.
