【摘要】 目的 探讨碳酸锂治疗脑性盐耗综合征的效果。方法 术前、术后应用碳酸锂之前、应用碳酸锂之后每12h检查一次血钠，每天记24h出入量。结果 13例患者均有严重电解质紊乱。术后应用碳酸锂之前与术后应用碳酸锂之后5天、10天对照，发现术后应用碳酸锂之后，血钠紊乱明显减轻。结论 碳酸锂治疗脑性盐耗综合征疗效显著。【关键词】 碳酸锂；脑性盐耗综合征

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutical effect of lithium carbonate on cerebral salt wasting syndrom(CSWS).Methods Serum sodium was detected before and after operation.Therapy was performed to keep body fluid and electrolyte balance according to the serum sodium of the patients with or without seizures.Results 13 cases all have severe electrolyte disorder.Comparing before and after using lithium carbonate 0.5g everyday in 5 days and 10days,we found electrolyte disorder remittent.Conclusion Using lithium carbonate to therapy CSWS is effective.
