【摘要】 目的 研究基于金免疫层析法的PSA测定系统。方法 将模糊控制理论应用于PSA金免疫层析系统的基值自动调零部分。结果 基值自动调零在金免疫层析PSA测定系统的实现，提高了仪器的精密度。结论 金免疫层析PSA测定系统检测的数据是科学的、可信的，具有较高的临床应用价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study a quantitative prostate specific antigen (PSA) detection system based on gold immunochromotographic assay (GICA).Methods Fuzzy control theory was applied to automatic zero setting of the PSA quantitative detection system.Results The automatic zero setting increased the precision of the PSA quantitative detection system.Conclusion The data of the quantitative detection system is objective,credible,and the system has clinical practical value.
