【摘要】 目的 探讨桡侧副血管蒂肱骨远端骨膜瓣在肱骨中下段粉碎性骨折及骨不连治疗中的应用。方法 对8例肱骨中下段粉碎性骨折的患者在行切开复位钢板内固定的同时，取桡侧副血管蒂肱骨远端骨膜瓣包绕骨折端。结果 随访3～6个月，无一例骨折出现骨不连及桡神经损伤等并发症。结论 桡侧副血管蒂肱骨远端骨膜瓣移位术是治疗肱骨中下段粉碎性骨折及骨不连的有效方法。
