摘要：目的：探讨膀胱腺癌的诊断及治疗。方法：回顾性比较分析12例膀胱腺癌患者的不同治疗方式及预后。结果：膀胱腺癌的早期诊断非常重要，不同的治疗方式预后不同。结论：行膀胱全切者加术后化疗5年生存率明显高于部分切除或TURBt。

    The Treatment and Diagnosis of Adnocarcinoma of Bladder

    Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the effects of adnocarcinoma of the blaader with different treatment. Method: 12 cases of adnocarcinoma of bladder were treated from 1996 to 2003.they were treated with partial cyctecomy and TURbt or received total cyctectomy. Result: The effect of the total cyctectomy plus post chemotherapy is alifernet from the partial cyctectomy and TURBt. Conclusion: The total cyctectomy plus post chemotherapy is an effective method for adnocarcinoma of bladder,and its 5 yeas survival rate is better than the others.
