【摘要】 目的 分析抑郁症患者脑诱发电位异常的意义。方法 对32例抑郁症患者的脑诱发电位指标与正常人进行比较。结果 抑郁症患者PS-VEP N1-P2、AEP P2波幅下降，与正常人、精神分裂症患者间的差异有显著性，P300潜伏期延迟与精神分裂症相同。结论 抑郁症患者的PS-VEP N1-P2、AEP P2波幅下降在抑郁症诊断方面有临床意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the meaning of evoked brain potentials in depression.Methods Evoked brain potentials were collated from 32 depressive patients and 41 normal subjects.Results There was significant differece in the amplitude of N1-P2 at PS-VEP and P2 at AEP between the depressive patients and normal subjects.Conclusion Lower amplitude of N1-P2 at PS-VEP and P2 at AEP has some clinical value in the diagnosis of depression
