摘要:目的:探讨胆囊切除术后早期出现黄疸的原因及处理方法。方法:回顾我院2001年6月至2005年6月1692例单纯性胆囊切除术后临床资料。结果：1692例单纯胆囊切除术有18例术后早期出现黄疸。通过肝功能、肝炎病毒免疫检查、B型超声检查或手术证实，术后早期出现黄疸有内科性黄疸5例和外科性黄疸13例。经过治疗，全部缓解。结论：内科性黄疸只需要采取积极支持治疗和护肝治疗，而外科性黄疸则必须再次手术或采取其它治疗手段。

    The Reason and Treatment of Jaundice Following Cholecystectomy

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the reason and treatment of the jaundice following cholecystectomy.Method: The clinical data of 1692 cases following single cholecystectomy were analyzed. Result: 18 cases among 1692 following single cholecystectomy had jaundice.Help with liver function ,hepatitis immunodiagnosis,B-mode ultrasonic diagnostic and surgry,5cases proved to have non-obstructive jaundice,and 13cases have obstructive jaundice.Conclusion: Non-obstructive jaundice following cholecystectomy only need to treated with drugs,but the obstructive jaundice must treated with surgry or other way.
