【摘要】 目的 探讨经阴道超声对未破裂输卵管妊娠的早期诊断价值及误、漏诊情况。方法 应用经阴道超声对45例未破裂输卵管妊娠患者进行检查，均经腹腔镜或手术病理证实。结果 经阴道超声对未破裂输卵管妊娠诊断的准确率为91.1%(41/45)。结论 经阴道超声检查结合彩色血流测定可提高未破裂输卵管妊娠的早期诊断准确率，能发现临床症状不典型、经腹部超声未发现或不能确定的早期异位妊娠包块，但仍有漏误病例。应分析漏、误诊原因以进一步提高确诊率。

    Analysis of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosing 45 patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the value of transvaginal ultrasound(TVS) in early diagnosis of unruptrued tubal pregnancy and to discuss the misdiagnostic and negative cases.Methods To use transvaginal ultrasound to scan 45 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy confirmed by laparoscopic surgery or operations and pathologic diagnosis.Results The correct rate of transvaginal ultrasound for diagnose unruptured tubal pregnancy was 90%(41/45).Conclusion TVS combined with color Doppler flow imaging can raise the early diagnostic rate of unruptured tubal pregnancy which is difficult and complicated.It is important for decreasing the misdiagnosis rate which we must take account to the clinical symptom and TVS in diagnosis of unruptured tubal pregnancy. ......
