【摘要】 目的 探讨眼科门诊患者个性化健康教育的相关因素，为护士进行健康教育提供依据。制定相关的健康教育模式程序及相关的评价量表可供执行。方法 对眼科门诊就诊的390例患者进行个性化健康教育，并对健康教育的方式、方法、时机、时间等因素进行观察和效果评价。结果 个性化健康教育组教育质量优良率显著高于随机教育组(χ2=106.97，P<0.01)和计划性健康教育组(χ2=348.02,P<0.01)；治疗过程中进行健康教育的质量优良率显著低于其他时机(χ2=152.16，P<0.01)；患者对疾病知识的了解率在健康教育前后差异有非常显著性(t=45.146，P<0.01)。结论 针对门诊患者的特点，制定并执行个性化健康教育对提高患者的疾病治疗、健康保健知识及对疾病的防治工作有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the correlative factors of individual health education in ophthalmlology clinic, and to provide a basis for nurses to do health education.Methods Health educations were carried out to 390 patients in ophthalmology clinic,and the correlative factors such as styles and opportunities were investigated.Results The quality of health education of the individual group is better than random group(χ2=106.97,P<0.01),and is better than plan group(χ2=348.02,P<0.01);take a health education in the treatment process is worse than that in the other time(χ2=152.16,P<0.01);the knowledge of the patients about the disease have a significant difference after the health education(t=45.146,P<0.01).Conclusion To be directed against the weak part of patients in ophthalmology clinic,nurse should undertake an individual health education purposely,and improve the knowledge level of patients,encourage them to take proper measure to protect themselves.Thus,it could play an important role in the treatment of disease. ......
