【摘要】 目的 探讨临床活体小肠移植手术后减少内镜检测的频度。方法 我们对1例带有残余肠道吻合口瘘的57岁短肠综合征的男性病人，进行了活体小肠移植，移植手术后在严密监测移植小肠的功能的情况下，仅在怀疑急性排斥发生时进行内镜检查。结果 病人目前已经生存94天，移植物功能良好。结论 小肠移植术后应始终重视排斥反应的监测与防治，非常有必要进行内镜检查，但是内镜检查也不必过于频繁。
