【摘要】 目的 了解医护人员手消毒前后手部带菌情况以及需采取的相应对策。方法 对医护人员消毒前后的手表面进行卫生学检测和菌量培养。结果 医护人员手消毒前菌落数显著高于消毒后(P<0.001)。结论 医护人员手部卫生意识薄弱，制定并落实相应措施，可改善手部卫生状况。【关键词】 医务人员；洗手；交叉感染

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the condition of the germs on the hands of medical personnel before disinfection and after disinfection and its countermeasures.Methods Hygiene detection and bacteria culture of the medical personnels hands before disinfection and after disinfection were performed.Results The amount of germs on the hands of medical personnel before disinfection were higher than that after disinfection.Conclusion The study shows that medical personnel pay insufficient attention to hand hygiene,but we believe the condition of hand hygiene would become good if we take countermeasures.
