【摘要】 目的 探讨宫颈癌病人放射治疗全程护理干预措施以及实施护理过程中安全管理对策。方法 对195例宫颈癌病人行体外+腔内放射治疗的同时，加强心理护理、健康教育指导、饮食护理和放射性直肠炎、放射性膀胱炎的护理以及安全管理。结果 195例宫颈癌病人经体外+腔内放射治疗及护理，原发病灶得到有效控制，明显减轻了并发症带来的不适与痛苦，提高了护理质量，护士的自我防护意识也大大提高。结论 对放射治疗的全程护理干预及安全管理对策行之有效。【关键词】 宫颈肿瘤；放射疗法；护理；安全管理

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing measure and safety management countermeasures throughout radiotherapy for patients with cervix neoplasm.Methods 195 cases of cervix neoplasm underwent radiotherapy in vitro plus intraperitoneapl,accompanied with more mental care,health education and dietary instruction,more intensive care of radioactivity rectitis and cystitis.The safety management was specially focused.Results All the 195 cases achieved effective central through radiotherapy and intensive care,with radiation complications remittent.Meanwhile,the nursing staffs self-protecting concept strengthened.Conclusion Nursing intervention and safety management throughout the radiotherapy are effective. ......
