【摘要】 目的 探讨烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复后出现的症状及处理的可能性。方法 通过对31例不同原因引起的烤瓷熔附金属冠桥修复后症状检查分析，在力保原烤瓷冠桥的前提下，采取不同的措施进行补救治疗。结果 经适当的措施治疗后27例(占87.1%)达到满意效果，4例(占12.9%)失败。结论 烤瓷冠桥修复后出现的症状通过一定的方法处理可取得效果，残根、残冠修复前应有铸桩以增加固定，制作过程的每个环节的认真负责是烤瓷冠桥永久美观、耐用的基础。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the occurrence of the signs and possibiity of the treatment incident to the restoration of the porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge-crown. Methods To examine and analyze the signs of post-restoration in 31 patients because of different reasons, on the condition of saving the denture, we treated complementarily with different approaches. Results 27 patients (87.10%) had the satisfactory effect and 4 patients (12.9%) was unsuccessful after they were treated with related approaches. Conclusion The signs of post-restoration of the porcelain-fused-to-metal brige-crown could be relieved (or disappeared) with the help of some treatment approaches; The restoration of the residual root and crown need some castion pin to enhance the fixedness force; It is important to do our best in clinic because any procedure of fabrication the porcelain-frsed-to-metal bridge-crown affect their appearance and intensity. ......
