【摘要】 目的 观察尿道灌注罗氏芬治疗急性淋菌性尿道炎(acute gonococcal urethritis，AGU)的临床疗效。方法 将205例患者随机分为尿道灌注组107例,罗氏芬静脉注射组(对照组)98例。尿道灌注组是从尿道灌注罗氏芬;对照组则是静脉注射罗氏芬。结果 尿道灌注罗氏芬治疗AGU有较好疗效,其总有效率及症状、体征消失,尿道拭子，淋菌培养，均与对照组相仿(P>0.05)。尿道灌注组与对照组在尿道拭子淋菌培养方面差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 尿道灌注罗氏芬为治疗男性淋菌性尿道炎合并肝硬化或肝肾功能不全的有效方法之一。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of a combination of urethra perfusion with rocephin(ceftriaxone sodium for injection) on gonocooccal urethritis.Methods Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group(107 patients)and the control group(98 patients).The treatment group were perfused with Rocephin(ceftriaxone sodium for injection)through urethra, while the control group only injected Rocephin intravenously(ceftriaxone sodium for injection).Results Urethra perfusion with rocephin(ceftriaxone sodium for injection) could have better therapeutic effect on gonococcal urethritis. The curative rate, and the improvement rates of the symptoms and signs in the treatment group and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05). The totally effective rate,and the improvement rate of urethra secretion and culture of bacteria in the treatment group and the control group showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Urethra perfusion with rocephin was one of the effective methods for treating gonococcal urethritis complicating hepatocirrhosis or liver and renal insufficiency. ......
