后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术25例分析

     【摘要】目的：探讨后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术的方法和术后疗效。方法：25例均在全麻下用自制水囊建立后腹膜腔，距肾实质5mm用电钩或电剪切除囊壁。结果：所有囊肿均顺利去顶，手术时间25～95min，平均36min，术中出血量10～70ml，平均35ml，术后住院3～10d，所有病理报告均为良性病变，随访1～12个月，24例未见囊肿复发，1例感染性囊肿复发。结论：后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术安全、有效。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneal laproscopic unroofing of renal cyst.Methods:25 patients were operated on under general anesthesia.The retroperitoneal cavity was established with a waterfilled billon and the cystic wall was cut 5mm to renal pirenchyma.Results:The operations were successfully accomplished in all 25 patients.The operation time was 2595 min(mean 32min).The intraoperative blood loss was 1070ml(mean 35ml).The postoperative hospital stay was 310 days.All pathological examinations were benign lesions.All patients were followed for 112 months.No recurrence was found except that lcase of infective renal cyst.Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst is simple,safe,minimal invasion and effective. ......
