老年带状疱疹60例临床分析

     【摘要】目的探讨老年带状疱疹的临床特点。方法选择近6年来我院皮肤科门诊老年带状疱疹60例，中青年带状疱疹81例，就其前驱症状、皮疹分布、后遗神经痛及疗效方面进行比较。结果老年组有前驱症状者明显高于中青年组(P<0.01),出现三叉神经受累(P<0.05)、血疱大疱(P<0.01)及后遗神经痛(P<0.01)的几率增高。结论老年人带状疱疹要早诊断，早治疗，对无激素禁忌证者，应早期适量使用激素。

    Clinical analysis of 60 senile patients with herpes zoster

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical characteristics of the senile patients with herpes zoster.Methods The outpatients with herpes zoster from the department of dermatology were divided into two groups,including 60 senile c-ases(Senile group)and 81 midaged and youthful cases(young and mid-aged gruop).Premonitory symptom,cutaneous eruption,sequela neuralgia and curative effect were analyzed.Results The number of the patients with premonitory symptom in the senile group was more than that in the young and midaged group (χ2=58.951,P<0.01).The probability of the patients with trigeminal nerve involved in,with big blood herpes and with sequela neuralgia in the senile group was more higher than that in the young and midaged group respectively (χ2=4.792,16.440 and 7.841,P<0.05 ......
