利用腹腔镜器械处理宫颈完成开腹筋膜内全子宫切除术126例临床观察

【摘要】 目的：探讨利用腹腔镜器械处理宫颈完成开腹筋膜内子宫切除术的应用价值。方法：对126例需切除子宫的良性病变患者利用腹腔镜器械处理宫颈完成开腹筋膜内全子宫切除术。结果：手术成功率100%。结论：利用腹腔镜器械处理宫颈行开腹筋膜内子宫切除术安全有效，具有术中损伤小、手术时间短、术中出血少、恢复快等优点。

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the value of disposal cervix of transabdominal intrafacia hysterectomy by laparoscopic instruments.Methods:The 126 patients who needed hysterectomy because of benigh gynecological change were carried out the operation of transabdominal intrafacia hysterectomy by laparoscopic instruments to disposal cervix.Results:It was successful in performing almost all the cases(100%).Conclusions:The transabdominal intrafacia hysterectoms with laparoscopic instruments to disposal cervix was safe and effective.The advantages of the operation are a small operative wound,a short operation time,a short hospitalization,a small amount of bleeding during the operation and quick recovery. ......
