     【摘要】目的：探讨30°~45°体位腹腔镜拖出式阑尾切除术的优越性。方法：回顾性分析1998年4月至2004年12 月906例患者30°~45°体位腹腔镜拖出式阑尾切除资料。结果：所有患者均在30°~45°体位下行拖出式腹腔镜阑尾切除术(LA),术后1例并发切口出血 ,13例切口感染,无残株炎、粪漏、粘连性肠梗阻等并发症发生。结论：30°~45°体位腹腔镜拖出式阑尾切除术较四孔法、三孔法具有创伤小、并发症少、手术时间明显缩短等优点,但有一定的局限性。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the advantage of the pullingout laparoscopic appendectomy(LA) with 30° 45° position.Methods:906 cases by the pullingout LA with 30° 45° position from April 1998 to December 2002 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All patients undergoing pullingout LA were without the complication of stump appendicitis,fecal fistula and adhesive intestinal obstruction or something,except for 1 case of them with the postoperative incisional hemorrhage,13 cases with the postoperative incisional wound infection.Conclusions:The Pullingout LA was of less damage,less complication and shorter operating time than other methods,but its application has some restrictions at some degree. ......
