    摘 要:目的 讨论基因Bcl-2和Bag-1在肾癌组织中的表达及相互关系，了解肿瘤增殖与凋亡的特点. 方法 采用免疫组化SABC法对41例肾癌与10例正常肾组织的石蜡标本切片对照，进行产物表达的统计研究. 结果 Bcl-2在肾癌组织中阳性表达率为75.6%，与正常肾组织30.0%相比，有显著性差异(P<0.05)，但其表达与不同病理细胞类型、病理分级及临床分期无关(P>0.05).Bag-1在肾癌组织中表达率为61.0%，正常肾组织10.0%表达.Bag-1与肿瘤分级、分期及预后密切相关(P<0.05)，随肾癌恶性程度增加，其表达强度也增加.Bcl-2与Bag-1的表达正相关(r=0.438). 结论 肾癌组织中Bag-1表达可作为预后指标;Bcl-2可能参与肾组织由良性向恶性转化的过程，但与癌细胞恶性分化程度无关.
