    摘 要:目的 探讨降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)对油酸型急性肺损伤(ALI)家兔血与支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中TNF-α，IL-8和ET-1含量的影响. 方法 观察油酸型ALI家兔CGRP治疗前、后不同时间静脉血与BALF中上述3种细胞因子的含量，并测定其肺含水量. 结果 油酸致伤后30，60，120min血及BALF中TNF-α，IL-8和ET-1含量均显著增高(P<0.05～0.01)，尤其以TNF-α增幅最大.CGRP治疗后各因子含量明显下降(P<0.05)，并维持在低水平，肺含水量也显著降低(P<0.05). 结论 iv CGRP可有效降低油酸致伤后血及BALF中TNF-α，IL-8和ET-1水平，抑制肺内炎症反应，减轻肺损伤.
