    摘 要:目的 研究不同发育时期人脑vimentin阳性细胞的形态特征及其分布情况. 方法 计划生育流产或引产的胚胎(9，13及28wk)大脑经多聚甲醛固定，石蜡包埋并连续切片，免疫组织化学染色，光镜下观察. 结果 免疫组织化学染色结果发现vimentin阳性细胞形态多样，大小不一，多呈圆形，分布广泛，特别是嗅球、海马、纹状体以及脑室下区均可见到vimentin阳性的细胞，并且随发育时期及部位不同，细胞形态及突起情况各异. 结论 vimentin阳性细胞形态及分布不同可能与发育阶段有关.

    Abstract:AIM To observe the morphology and distribution of vimentin positive cells in human fetal brain in different ges-tation weeks.METHODS Fetal brain(9，13and28weeks)were fixed with formaldyhydum polymerisatum and embeded with paraffin wax.Then，the morphology and distribution of the vimentin positive cells were observed after immunohis-tochemical staining.RESULTS Vimentin positive cells were distributed extensively and could be foud in all the re-gions of the fetal brain ......
