    摘 要:目的 对不同种系成骨细胞植入后体液免疫及细胞免疫水平进行检测，探讨组织工程骨组织植入体内后可能的免疫排斥机制，并为应用于工程骨的种子细胞寻找可靠的种系来源. 方法 行成骨细胞同胎、同种异系、异种及自体腹直肌袋内移植，分别于术后1，2，4和8wk行免疫学及组织形态学检测. 结果 各组动物在移植后1～2wk内均可检测到特异性抗体，异种移植组持续时间最久，而同种异系及异种组在移植后2wk检测到细胞介导的细胞毒反应，4wk达高峰，异种组指标高于同种异系组. 结论 自体、同胎及同种异系细胞均可作为组织工程骨移植可靠的细胞来源，而异种细胞需进行一定的处理才可应用于工程组织的构建.
