哮喘豚鼠感觉神经节内SP表达变化

    摘 要:目的 探讨豚鼠哮喘后颈静脉节和结状节P物质(SP)表达变化. 方法 成年雄性豚鼠随机分为正常组和哮喘组,采用免疫组织化学法观察豚鼠颈静脉节和结状节SP免疫反应神经元的变化. 结果 哮喘组颈静脉节和结状节SP免疫反应神经元数量发生了显著变化,哮喘组与正常对照组比较颈静脉节和结状节SP免疫反应神经元数量显著增加(P<0.01). 结论 哮喘发病与颈静脉节和结状节SP免疫反应神经元密切相关,可能是导致哮喘持续发病的原因之一.

    Abstract:AIM To investigate the changes in SP immunore-active neurons in the jugular tubercle and nodose ganglion of asthmatic guinea pigs.METHODS Immunohistochemistry was used in this study.RESULTS There was a significant increase in the numbers of SP immunoreactive neurons in the jugular tubercle and nodose ganglion of asthma group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION There is close relationship between SP immunoreactive neurons in the jugular tubercle or nodose ganglion and attack of asthma.It may be a reason for persis-tence and progress of asthma. ......
