【摘要】 目的 分析采集血液缺量的主要原因，以制定相应对策，提高血液的采集质量。方法 按照《献血者健康体检标准》筛选献血者，按标准操作规程在流动捐血车上采集无偿献血者血液共61708袋，其中400ml 25698袋，200ml 36010袋，采用电子秤对所采集的血液进行称重，对缺量进行回顾性原因分析。结果 缺量总袋数为292袋，缺量率0.47%(292/61708)。其中200ml血袋采集缺量164袋，缺量率0.46 % (164/36010)；400ml血袋采集缺量128袋，缺量率0.50% (128/25698)。捐血者因心理紧张等原因导致的献血反应是采血量不足的主要原因。结论 给捐血者提供轻松、愉快、舒适的捐血环境，消除捐血者心理紧张，可以有效减少血液因采集缺量而造成的血液报废。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the main causes of deficient weight during collecting blood.Methods We selected the donors according to the ,collected blood with the standard procedures in the moving donation bus. 61708 bags of whole blood were analyzed and measured,the weight of each bag was detected by electronic scale. Investigated the factors contributing to the deficient weight by retrospectively method.Results The rate of deficient weight was 0.47% (292/61708).The main factors contributing to the deficient weight was doors nervousness. Conclusion That making the donation environment relaxing, joyful and comfortable is important to eliminate the nervousness of the doors. ......
