【摘要】 目的 观察欧必亭预防全麻术后恶心、呕吐的效果。方法 500例择期手术拟行全向麻醉的患者随机分为两组，分别于麻醉诱导前静脉注射欧必亭5mg(欧必亭组)与安慰剂(对照组)，麻醉方法与术后镇痛方法相同，观察两组患者术后恶心、呕吐的发生率。结果 欧必亭组术后恶心、呕吐的发生率为19%，对照组术后恶心、呕吐的发生率为36%。欧必亭组术后恶心、呕吐发生率低于对照组术后恶心、呕吐的发生率，且恶心、呕吐程度减轻(P<0.01)。结论 欧必亭5mg静脉注射可有效预防全麻术后恶心、呕吐。

    Clinical observation of the tropisetron to prevention the nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia

    【Abstract】 Objective In this randomized，placebo-controlled study，we compared the efficacy of tropisetron 5mg for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) after general anesthesia surgery.Methods Five hundred patients were randomized to receive either tropisetron 5mg(n=252) or saline(n=248) before the induction of anesthesia with propofol and fentanyl.Postoperative analgesia was provided by patient-controlled analgesia with morphine.The incidence of PONV was recorded for 24h.Results There was no diffrernce among groups in patients characteristics.The incidence of PONV after tropisetron was superior to placebo(P<0.01).Conclusion We concluded that tropisetron 5mg is effective in the prevention of PONV. ......
