反相流动注射化学发光测定间苯二酚

     【摘要】 目的 建立了一种流动注射化学发光测定间苯二酚的新方法。方法 在碱性条件下,间苯二酚对luminol-KIO4的化学发光反应有强烈的抑制作用,且化学发光强度的减小值和间苯二酚浓度的对数成正比。结果 测定间苯二酚的线性范围为1.0~104pg/ml;检出限为0.3pg/ml(3σ),RSD<3%(n=5)。结论 该法灵敏度高,检出限低,采用标准加入法,成功的测定了药物和人体血清样品中间苯二酚的含量,回收率为85.8%~113.8%。

    Determination of resorcinol using reversed flow injection chemiluminescence

    【Abstract】 Objective A new chemiluminescence method for determination of resorcinol with flow injection technique is developed.Methods It was found that resorcinol could inhibit sensitively the CL generated from luminol-potassium periodate system in alkaline medium.The decrement of CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of resorcinol. Results The decrement of CL intensity was linear over the concentration of resorcinol ranging from 1.0 to 104 pg/ml. The detection limit was 0.3 pg/ml with a relative standard deviation of less than 2.0% in 5 repeated measurements. This proposed method has been applied for the determination of resorcinol in pharmaceutical preparations and human serum. Conclusion The proposed method offers advantages of simplicity high sensitivity for the determination of resorcinol. ......
