【摘要】 目的 探讨过期妊娠对围产儿的影响及分娩方式的选择。方法 回顾性分析我院2001年1月～2004年12月186例过期妊娠临床资料及随机抽取同期分娩的186例正常足月妊娠的临床资料。结果 过期妊娠围产儿病率明显高于正常足月妊娠，过期妊娠剖宫产组新生儿窒息及死亡率明显低于阴道产组。结论 过期妊娠的围产儿病率及死亡率显著增加，应适当放宽剖宫产指征，加强产前监护，适时终止妊娠。
