     【摘要】 目的 利用计算机图像处理技术和手术前的C臂X射线影像资料,手术医生可以根据计算机屏幕所指示的手术路径正确实施手术,减少患者和医生的X射线辐射量,缩短手术时间。方法 利用C臂图像和双目视觉空间定位系统测量和计算患者患部以及手术工具标志点的空间位置,从而确定手术工具相对于手术部位的正确性。结果 建立了术前图像数据与术中患部和手术器械位置之间的对应关系,在计算机上显示出了髓内钉与电钻位置之间的偏离,并给出正确的位置和方向。结论 该系统最大限度地利用了C臂的优点,确定了手术工具的正确位置和方向,实现了手术导航的目的。

    A novel computer-aided surgical navigation system

    【Abstract】 Objective Surgeon can bring surgical tool into correct position according to the image on the computer screen utilizing computer image process technology and X-ray fluoroscope from C-arm.It can greatly reduce the X-ray radiation exposure for surgeon,patient and stuff,and reduce operation time.Methods Using C-arm fluoroscope and binocular localizer,the marks on affected part and surgical tool were measured and calculated.So the correct position of the tool was given.Results The relationship between affected part and tools were given,and the position and direction errors between intramedullary nail and drill were shown on the screen.Conclusion The advantages of the conventional C-arm are utilized in this system,and correct position and direction of the drill are given in surgical operation.The objective of computer surgical navigation is realized. ......
