【摘要】 目的 探讨结核性脊椎炎的CT表现及早期诊断。方法 对282例将维吾尔族和汉族结核性脊椎炎患者CT扫描结果进行对照分析。结果 发现新疆维吾尔族结核性脊椎炎程度重，发生率高于汉族。结论 CT可清楚显示结核性脊椎炎的椎体破坏、椎旁脓肿、终板破坏和脊髓神经损害，对早期和不典型结核性脊椎炎亦有确切价值。【关键词】 新疆维吾尔族；结核性脊椎炎；诊断；汉族；体层摄影术，X线计算机
Comparative study on CT presentations of tuberculosis of the spine between Uygur and Han nationality (an analysis of 282 cases)

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the CT features and early diagnosis of tuberculosis of spine.Methods A retrospective study on CT findings of tuberculosis of spine in 282 cases was presented with emphasis on analysing the difference between Han nationality and Uygur nationality in terms.Results The occurency of tuberculosis of spine was higher in Uygur nationality,and severity as well.Conclusion CT can well demonstrate osteitis,abscess,destruction of end-plate and marrow neurological lessions with providing useful information for the diagnosis of early and atypical spinal tuberculosis. ......
