【摘要】 目的 观察龙香平喘胶囊(LXP)镇咳平喘作用及有关药理作用。方法 用组胺-乙酰胆碱喷雾引喘法建立豚鼠哮喘模型，观察龙香平喘胶囊(1.2、0.6、0.3g/kg)对豚鼠引喘潜伏期的影响；豚鼠肺溢流、离体气管实验观察龙香平喘胶囊对组胺引起支气管痉挛的对抗作用；氨水、SO2引咳实验观察龙香平喘胶囊的止咳作用；小鼠炭末廓清率实验观察龙香平喘胶囊对小鼠免疫作用的影响；抗卵白蛋白血清诱导大鼠PCA试验观察龙香平喘胶囊对迟发性过敏反应的影响;小鼠耐缺氧、抗疲劳实验观察龙香平喘胶囊的耐缺氧、抗疲劳作用。结果 龙香平喘胶囊可明显延长组胺-乙酰胆碱引喘的潜伏期；抑制组胺致麻醉豚鼠肺溢流量增加，降低肺溢流曲线上升高度，缩短组胺致气管痉挛的维持时间；对乙酰胆碱致豚鼠离体气管平滑肌痉挛具有明显的松弛作用；降低氨水、SO2引咳咳嗽次数；抑制抗卵白蛋白血清诱导的大鼠PCA；能提高小鼠炭末廓清率和延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的存活时间。结论 龙香平喘胶囊有较好的止咳、平喘作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the antitussive and antiasthmatic effects of longxiangpingchuan capsule(LXP).Methods Observation the effect of LXP on the latent period of inducing asthma induced by spraying acetylcholine-histamine in guinea pigs; Observation the antitussive effect of LXP by lung overflow test and making isolated tracheal chain of guinea pigs;Observation the effect of LXP on immunological function by carbon particle clearance test in mice; Observation the effect of LXP on delayed anaphylaxis induced by ovum protein in rats;Observation the hypoxia tolerant and anti-tired effects of LXP by hypoxia tolerance test and the anti-tired test of mice.Results LXP could significantly prolong the latent period of inducing asthma in guinea pigs induced by spraying acetylcholine-histamine,inhibit the increase of lung overflow caused by histamine in anesthetized guinea pigs,relax the bronchus smooth muscle markedly,reduce the times of cough induced by ammonia water and SO2,inhibit the PCA caused by ovum protein in rats, increase carbon particle clearance in mice and lengthen the survival time of mice in anoxic condition.Conclusion LXP has the notable antitussive and antiasthmatic effects. ......
