Abstract:Hypoxia-inducible factor-1(HIF.1)as a transcriptional activator in response to hypoxia is composed of HIF.αand HIF.βsubunits.HIF.1has been taken as a key factor in tumour angiogenesis and metastases.This review presents a summary of the structure and function of HIF.1α,and correlation among specific regulators and their signaling pathways.

肿瘤的缺氧状态可诱导与血管形成有关的多种细胞因子释放,促进肿瘤的生长和转移。研究表明,血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)是肿瘤诱导产生新生血管的最重要的细胞因子,缺氧诱导因子1(hypoxia-inducible fac-tor-1,HIF.1)则可在基因水平上直接调控VEGF的表达,是恶性肿瘤诱导新生血管形成的一个主要调控因子。
