【摘要】 本课题用人细胞肿瘤转移基因芯片对双灵固本散处理前后人肺癌细胞95-D肿瘤转移相关基因的表达水平变化进行定量研究。在检测到有明显差别表达的6个肿瘤转移相关基因中，2个基因的mRNA丰度在药物处理后明显升高，4个基因的mRNA丰度在药物处理后明显降低。结论：双灵固本散对肺癌细胞肿瘤转移有抑制作用，但还需要在蛋白和酶活性水平上的证据及进一步的活体实验。

    【Abstract】 In this research work, the change of the expression of the metastasis related genes in cultured lung tumor cell 95-D after treatment with a commercial traditional Chinese medicine product -Sunrecome(Shuanglinggubensan) was measured, by using metastasis related gene array (purchased from Superarray). And the drug treatment up-regulated the expression of 2 metastasis related genes markedly, while the expression of 4 metastasis related gene was down-regulated.
