【摘要】 目的 介绍乳酸环丙沙星在输液管内配伍反应、原因及护理。方法 对国内文献进行归纳、分析和总结。结果 在临床输液过程中，乳酸环丙沙星易与多种常用药物在输液管内发生配伍反应。结论 在乳酸环丙沙星临床输液过程中，护士要重视其在输液管内配伍反应，并积极预防及处理。

    【Abstract】 Objective To review the incompatibility reaction of ciprofloxacin lactate in a tubing with the cause and the nursing intervention. Methods Review and analyze the literature and reports of home. Results During clinical intravenous infusion of ciprofloxacin lactate, it’s easy to occur incompatibility reactivity between ciprofloxacin lactate and many common clinical drugs. Conclusion Ciprofloxacin lactate should be paid more attention by nurse when transfusing and the incompatibility reactivity should be prevented and disposed actively.
